Refund and reactivatiob

On the 29th may 2023 i paid my web africa via payfast 1st june they debited my account 399.i whats app them and ask why iam being debited while i paid and i ask them to credit.i was chatting to lindokuhle she said they dont credit they will refund me.so around june my line was disconnected so i go on payfast i pay my account while iam waiting for the refund.my line is still disconnected up untill today no refund received nothing.i follow up everyday they keep saying they will escalate they blame vumatel to allocate payment vumatel said they dont allocate.i speak to different people and always explain my story they say i must wait 24 to 48 hours.worse part iam still disconnected and i still didnt receive any refund i sent email to complains department like no body cares.i chat to different people kwanele,mashudu,clayton everyday story is escalation but no answers.worse part when you call them you through to sales they say they cant help but take your numbers no one calls back
