Refund

Hi Hello Peter,

Webafrica has blatantly double-billed me for my VumaTel 40/10 package (R559) and has ignored every complaint. This is not just negligence — it’s outrageous.

I demand, right now: 1️⃣ Full refund of the duplicate charge 2️⃣ Immediate acknowledgment of the error 3️⃣ Explanation for this unacceptable delay

If this isn’t resolved immediately, I will escalate to ISPA, the Consumer Goods & Services Ombud, and pursue all legal remedies.

I expect urgent action — I will not be ignored.
