Refund

The worst service provider to ever deal with when it comes to internet,u have been requesting a refund for a month already as their call centre agent gave me a link to make a payment and i paid however they still went ahead and debited my account everytime i follow up for a refund i am being taken from pillar to past and re explaining my story all over again with no help.
