Refund

Am still waiting for a refund over a month e pay R499 and later told e they don't install in flats, I asked for a refund since I ddnt get any service and installation, they said they had processed t Amanda chat Ref number # 199521, I then kept checking on how far it is then an Agent called Iman Barends chat *** said the previous agent (Amanda) made a mistake and he fixed it so I will get my refund on Monday 20th July 2020, today Monday I chat to get assurance of it will be paid today and and agent Ludwe tell me there was no credit on my account and there was no refund, she will escalate and get back to me...

This is really draining, am send from one person to another just to get My R399 back, this company is ripping people off and never respond to queries so I guess I will not tolerate this because I want my money bac****!!!
