Refund

Web Africa debited my bank account twice on 1 March 2024. I received message saying this was technical error from there side and my money would be refunded in 7-14 working days I will receive email from VumaTel to confirm my banking details. Today is the 10/05/2024 still waiting on this email. When I chat to the agents from webafrica they give me different stories.
