It’s been weeks on weeks and still have no received the 400 as requested, spoke to a guy by the name of Alridge and was advised a TL would call back the next day but still none

This is frustrating when I’m only trying to get my money back

There’s no way to speak to an actual advisor to get proper assistance

I will not recommend them to anyone Totally poor service
