refund

Bad bad service , they dont allow you to have their call centre number but to deal with their agent on whatsapp , who chat like robots , always get same feedback. I filled for refund request, its been 2 months now, nothing , when i revert on whatsapp , they tell you that , your request is approved wait for 5-7 business working days for refund. 2 month passed still waiting
