Refund

I really don't know how webafrica works ..you can't call them all you do is speak to their what's app like that doesn't work ...I spoke to 3 people regarding a refund i spoke to Bonolo s. , Zimbini M and I was just speaking to Zinhle K who decided to go mute on me ...each and every one of them gave me a different turn around time...I was told last week Tuesday that the approval takes 24 to 48 hours and when I followed up on Friday and I was told it take 3 to 4 working days and today I'm being told it take 10 to 15 days ..clearly I'm not gonna be assisted ..that's really bad bad service
