Refund

Made a payment for a new installation at WebAfrica on the 25th of October, they kept on cancelling the installation and on the 13th of November I decided to cancel the services and requested for a refund on their WhatsApp. They advised me that their refund takes 4 to 15 days, yesterday was the 15th day and they told me that I should wait for an email from Vumatel, today when I do a follow up again they told me about 30 days.
