I paid for the Fibre service on 25 May 2025, I was told I would receive contact within 2 days,that did not en, I had to do continous follow ups with no correspondence and my installation was never done,I have since requested for a refund and I'm still given the run around and it's now been 3 months with no refund- worst service provider e er
