Refund

I have been waiting for my refund since 19 July, I have been promised that the finance team will get back to me but they never do. Every time they send me a screenshot showing that payment will be loaded in 10-15 days but it never does. At this point I have given up but I just wanted to warn people to stay away from these useless people.
