REFUND

They brought a router that is not working, the installers cant even fix it nd it has been 2 weeks. The whatsapp agents logged a ticket for a refund and its been a week since i`ve been waiting for their call. BUT THEY ARE QUICK TO SEND ME A BILL AND I WONT PAY IT BE CAUSE THEIR ROUTER IS NOT WORKING.
