Referrals not getting Acknowledged

Been sharing webafrica signup details, for a fact know that people signed up through my link AS I ASSISTED THEM. but yet no referral payback ??? send mails to webafrica about it, being ignored.....

I have just signed up my dad as well on yet nothing appears under my referrals.

I have referred a lot of people and know for a fact that they used my Webafrica link to sign up, people right next to me in the complex (***) have been using webafrica that I HELPED to get activated and installed for almost a year now and yet nothing on my referrals or still showing pending ??

Is someone really looking at this or is this just a way for webafrica to get the word out there or free adverti*****t and yet nothing back to the client ???

Please assist.
