Recurring Vuma Reach Outage - Technical Support Loop - Ticket ***9

I am extremely frustrated with the level of technical support (or lack thereof) regarding my Vuma Reach fiber line. For the past week, my connection has suffered a total Loss of Service (LOS) every single day between 16:00 and 20:00.

I have been in constant contact with Web Africa, but they continue to offer "reprovisions" which are nothing more than a temporary band-aid for what is clearly a physical infrastructure fault.

The Technical Facts:

Fault: Daily downtime during peak hours.

Diagnostics: ONT shows a blinking red LOS light and is stuck in Registration Status O1 (Initial State).

Evidence: This proves a Layer 1 physical break/signal loss from the Vuma exchange, likely a thermal fault or port saturation at the local FX box.

I had a Vuma technician call me on Friday morning, but because the fault is time-specific to the evenings, he couldn't "see" it. Despite reporting the failure again at 18:33 tonight (Friday), I am still stuck in a loop with front-line agents who don't seem to understand that morning tests won't fix an evening hardware failure.

I am paying for a premium service but getting zero connectivity when I need it most. I want this ticket (***9) escalated to a Senior Network Engineer and a physical inspection of the distribution point during peak hours.

Web Africa, stop refreshing my line and start fixing the infrastructure.
