Rectifying a ****** Address Vumatel & Webafrica

I've decided to cancel rain and opt for Vumatel the conversation started 25 January 2023 on Facebook however they're playing a blame game with the company known as Webafrica according to them they say my home number has already has account holder of which I do not know of and I'm first time subscriber for the service and they are taking me back and forth which makes it difficult for me to choose a service provider of choice and the of communication is extremely poor from both entities and I've already paid a company known Flydotcool.
