Reconnection

Been trying to get reconnected with webafrica for the past 5 days after my internet service was cancelled , They said the process takes 3 to 5 days however 5 days later I'm still not connected. What stress me the most is that i work from home I have spent over R1000.00 on data while waiting for the feedback from them and you can't even call them since they do not have a number they force you to chat on on Whats app. Been talking to over 10 people from Webafica and no one has a straight answer for me. I also emailed Maxine who is not helpful at all I feel like I'm dealing with robots not people. They were very quick to send me the link for payment now that i have paid they not helpful at all
