RECONNECTION!!!

I am very UPSET with the services received by this company I have made payment with zero services reconnected payment has been made and I'm told vuma has to activate the account its been 2 weeks have a ref ISP-767889 and these whatsapp agents are useless had lyndon,Tlhologelo,Nyiko,Kevin,Arezona and none of these useless agents helped... I NEED SERVICES RECONNECT ASAP
