Reconnecting of service

Is there anyone willing to assist me with my billing query because your online links are not working ,I am stuck with your useless service and very poor customer service,I am stuck here and no one seems to care about my situation,I am reporting this as well because this is a very bad service you’re providing,I need to pay my account and reconnect as I am working from home but no one wants to assist,what kind of a service is this.
