Reconnect!!!!!!!!!

The experience I am having with Webafrica is so disappointing. The customer service is non-existent!!!!! I have tried chatting, calling only to have my calls dropped and absolutely no help from the webchat team!!!!! And its such a simple query, ive been told wait 5 working days and i did just that. Now when i call they hang up!!!! Absolutely disgusting sevice!!!!!
