Received router three weeks ago and still not working

Useless can’t even describe the horrific service I’ve gotten with these guys. I got my router three weeks ago till this day I don’t have internet!! I’m at Greencreek. Every single day I try to reach out but no one seems to care enough to assist. I’m going to inform every single new tenant not to bother themselves.
