Really really bad service

You guys have really **** service ,worst mistake I ever made was to use you guys as a service provider.how the hell can my reconnection fee be the same amount as what I pay for my WiFi and it's not even off for a full month ?

**** service and agent not help full at all you make metro fibre look really bad and I hope they stop doing business with you guys.
