Really really bad service

This has really been an awful experience with web africa i dont know what to do anymore i paid for fibre services on the 24th of January its almost April now i still have no fibre the agents that work there also dont know what they are doing they transfer you left right and centre no one knows what they are doing there at web africa, the agents says my order was canceled on the 12th/03/2021 but then vuma comes along and install there installation on the 18th /03/2021 so whats going on at webafrica is there anyone that can help me at webafrica it has just been so unpleasant dealing with this company PLEASE HELP i just need log in details to access the fibre
