Really 'BOT' Bad Service

Hi everyone reading this post. True disgusting experience I am currently receiving from Webafrica. Firstly there is no personnel o duty only the ‘BOT'. You literally talking to retarded computer that can only answer 4 questions. Then you log TICKETS and only one is read a day. So please guys consider a server provider that takes the time out to talk to you personally. I cannot recommend this company to anyone as it is a truly bad experience.
