Really bad support and uncontactable

Really poor support. I've been on their whatsapp support for literally 2 days (no one answers the support contact number) Just to get a status on my router delivery. I've been passed around, even when I ask the staff not to transfer me, they still do it - it feels like they have a bunch of support staff who are taking the company and the clients for a joke with no management. Any professional system would alert managers to someone being "on hold" for 2 days.
