Really BAD service from WebAfrica - and can you ever speak to a person? NO

"We are experiencing SUPER-LONG wait times so try our friendly WhatsApp channel". DON'T even try Whatsapp. If you even get a response you will not get an answer and lose your ability to follow threads of conversation. Customer Service is not a concept at this place. And as for giving any bank details - don't bother. They will carry on debiting you long after you have left and for unexplained "services". No agreement that you reach with a salesman at the beginning of the process will ever be honoured. I had a really bad experience and the worst of it - no place to complain! Thank you HelloPeter!
