Really bad service!!

I am so disappointed in the service I got from Web Africa! They took a double online purchase off my account. Went asking them to refund the one payment as I needed it urgently for my daughter it was just told they have sent everything to finance I need to wait, this was 2 days ago and I am still waiting. I even followed up yesterday and asked them to let finance know it was really urgent they refuse me before end of day yesterday, but they never did. Because of that it's put me in a very negative situation and I am so furious!! Web Africa has no concern for their clients needs even at their own mistake.
