Really BAD Service

I simply need to get FTTH as a new subscriber and have emailed my request & no one has contacted me as promised, above all WhatsApp Chat line service is really pathetic. I chatted to a "Bot" twice for 10 mins without success. It shows if their service was efficient and reliable, they'll have more time to service clients' needs but it's the opposite.
