Really bad first experience

I placed an order and had to change address, they confirmed that I will be able to change the address before no installation was done and I hadn't received my router yet. After debited for installation and router they then said I can't change my address I have to place a new order.... I won't be refunded my money back, they will credit my account so the new order won't be charged (which is not a sure thing they said it will have to be approved first) The consultant transferred me the sales department to place a new order, only to find the department is closed.
