READ THIS BEFORE SIGNING WITH WEBAFRICA

1 star is way too much for this company. In the highly likely event that your internet goes down, and it will; rest assured that you will experience the worst customer support in the history of customer support. You will be made to add their Whatsapp support chatline, where you first have to chat to a useless Bot (I'm serious, his name is Willie). Once you defeat that useless bot, your real challenge begins. You go on a waiting list where you will wait hours for assistance. Most likely there will be nobody available, and a callback request will be sent. And they never call back. After a few hours, if you are lucky enough, someone on the other end will greet you. If you don't respond within 30 minutes because you are either busy driving or taking a nap or whatever, the chat closes and you have to start the entire process from scratch. There are no direct emails or phonelines to contact, the only phoneline is never available and the automated voice over will convince you to rather add the whatsapp support line. Ideally, if your connection is down, someone should be able to come out and assist within 24 hours. that would be fair enough and reasonable. However with webafrica, the waiting period is 48 working hours (4 Days) to just get a call from the technician. The only time they called me back to resolve an issue was when I cancelled my subscription. When cancelling, you have to give 30 days notice. So if you cancel on 1 December, your subscription only ends 31 January. If you cancel within 12 months of starting, you will have to pay R1750 for the balance of the installation fee which they "assisted", in addition to the R1900 which you will initially pay for the installation. You have to take the routers back to their offices, otherwise you will be charged.

Good luck
