I was debited after making payment I incurred penalties for the failed debit orders - the account was up to date when they did the debit orders - I have incurred over R300 in penalties They say, no sorry - we cant pay your fees, you should have made sure you had money... WHY? To pay the same invoice twice?! Nee outjies, that makes no sense!
