Rather pay more and go with another ISP.

I regret choosing webafrica even before receiving my first bit using my new fiber line. It's now been 4 days since my fiber has been installed and I have no router. I've been on hold for over 10 mins before abandoning my call with one of your agents. I've then not been able to even speak to an agent as my call gets cut after about 15mins of waiting for nothing.
