They are completely 100% impossible to get a hold of. They only phone numbers published are for sales. For literally everything else you are forced to use their WhatsApp system. This is run entirely by the most useless Ai Bot. Option 4, to be connected to a human being, doesn't work. You will grow old and die before anyone responds. Eventually I called the number for sales and got hung up on literally 11 times before a human answered the phone. They don't even publish a physical address. If they did I would have taken the router, delivered only a few day ago, and never activated, back to them and canceled my service. BTW, the only way they provide to cancel with them is the WhatsApp line that goes not give you a cancel option and which is totally unmanned by any human. It's not worth it people. Stay away. Don't become another victim like I did and so many others.
