R899 Uncapped - more like R899 No-Internet - Horrible experience

Webafrica I have this package (just took it out with you guys). Starting to question my choice now. Please, may you answer your phones, Whatsapp's, ticket numbers, Messenger messages, and emails? I have been without internet for 36 hours. This is a business internet for an ONLINE business. Please, may you get hold of me urgently? This is so unprofessional.

Also, your social platforms need agents to be manning them. I have not spoken to a single representative for over 36 hours. R899 is not cheap - please rectify!
