R399 for 1st 3 months false misrepresentation.

I signed up with Webafrica for 12 months. I gave them one month’s notice to cancel my contract and they still went ahead and debited my account on the 13th month. Their fibre and service were bad through out the year. They only take calls from potential customers and the old ones can only access Webafrica on WhatsApp which they hardly ever resolve your issue. I guess their 1st 3 months discount instalment of R399 is a **** because they will recover it from you by debiting your account on the 13th month when your contract has already ended. I have learned the hard way and I wouldn’t advise anyone to subscribe with them. Rather go directly to Openserve and cut them out they are ********.
