Their R19 for the first month promo has no benefit to the user. They know that installation will take more than a month, so they charge you the R19 for the month they are busy installing. Take note you will have no internet in the first month but they say the promo charge is R19 instead of the full amount. In essence, at WebAfrica they charge you the full price for internet for the first month even if you do not have connection yet. Please do not think that you are saving.
