R15 000+ in 3 months ******!!!
Client loyalty is worth nothing. Been with them for 8+ years. Every ISP has problems, but when the ***** R5 000 per month and refuse to credit or payback my money, I have no other option than to cancel my debit order and all services for *****!

As per your communication with the Hosting manager, your were changed disk overages and it's 50 cents for every megs that you've gone over with and notifications were sent via email to notify you of the disk overages. Having said that, this issue shouldn't reoccur because you upgraded on the 2nd of July to a bigger package.
