"R1,000 Cancellation Fee Charged Without Consent or Agreement"

I am lodging this complaint against WebAfrica regarding an unfair cancellation fee. I was recently informed that I am required to pay a R1,000.00 cancellation fee for terminating my services. At no point did I agree to such a fee, and despite requesting evidence of this agreement, WebAfrica has not been able to provide any documentation or signed consent showing that I accepted this charge.

I find this completely unreasonable and believe it amounts to unjust enrichment on their part. Charging a cancellation fee without clear and transparent prior agreement is not only ********* but also misleading to customers.
