QUICK TO INVOICE AND SLOW TO REVERT INVOICE

So you've invoiced me BEFORE the fibre was even installed. Now there is a problem with the fibre installation after I had to enquire after weeks. Asked you to repay the amount you've invoiced via email almost 11 days ago... Received invoices of repayment amounting to the actual amount invoiced but for the actual payments NOTHING!!!
