Quick Debit orders NO service

the worst service ever, quick to debit you account for the installation fee, but nothing gets done after that, pointless email insinuating that the failure is my fault, no real feedback, they are following up, and when you phone the only people that actually answer is sales and they have to transfer you, and then you are put on hold for ages, this is NOT the company to use if you want customer service.
