I phoned as as my connection was get slow, got told to switch off. They reset connection and then switch on. Test connection again at 40mbps. Net morning try do video call keeps dropping off. Do speed test again speed down to 30mbps. When phone then they promise to get someone to phone you back. Never do. But they quick to take you money.
