My fiber has not been working for almost 4 weeks now. They are too quick to deduct monthly even though they don't come through to fix their issues. I can't be paying for a service I'm not getting. The customer service is ****. You can sit on the call for 2 hours without talking to any agent. And forget about the whatsapp line cos that is just for show. And they keep insisting its quick help. Sometimes you there without getting any agent. If you guys can't fix this fiber, just refund me so i can get another service provider where i will be getting value for my money. 4 weeks it's too long for someone to not be able to come fix 1 thing
