Prospective customers BEWARE!!

I procured the services from Webafrica for my home fibre on the 13th December 2023. Up to date I have been given the runaround with regards to my installation. All Webafrica does is throw their hands in the air as apparently Openserve is to blame for not doing the installation. They are quick to take your money and even quicker with excuses of escalations and promised feedback that you will not receive. If you consider Webafrica, be prepared to spend hours on a Whatsapp chat platform as they simply refuse to offer alternative methods of contact, with the sole purpose of getting nowhere. 2 and a half months down the line and they are still trying to confirm my physical address for the umpteenth time after they confirmed that fibre is available at my address. Should probably mention that they had absolutely no problem finding my address to deliver the router, but now cannot find my address for the installation. Pathetic.
