I just want to give a shout out to an Warren that is part of your call centre. I have been lucky enough to get through to Warren twice since joining Webafrica. In my struggle to get my Fibre up and running with the correct speeds, Warren was the only analyst who actually called me back with a updated on the progress of my Fibre and really handles his customers professionally.

Give the mans a bells followed by a bonus\promotion. I see other Hello people reviewers are saying the same thing about Warren. For real now, spoil this individual. He works hard!
