No Wi-Fi for the last five days. I’ve been periodically told my case is being escalated through the number spectrum, but it honestly doesn’t seem like they are doing anything. Was told they had logged it with openserve five days ago … Openserve say it was only done today. Kids at home. DSTV no connection … World Cup updates over the radio … thanks a lot! Oh, and it would be nice not to be waiting on a WhatsApp bot. Asked for a real person to call me after the tenth report. Still waiting.
