Promised fibre and still waiting 7 weeks later. SLA violation

I placed an order on 2 January for fibre. It's now 24th February and I'm still waiting for the installation! When I call to follow up they tell me they're escalating the case and will call me back but never do. I finally asked to speak to the customer complaints department and the line I was put through to cut me off. I presume all the complaints lines are busy with other disappointed people still wating for their fibre connection or a call back to update them on their status!
