Product failure

This network provider is the worst everymonth after the debit goes off internet goes down, they do not have a contact line so you have to engage via watsapp which takes days to get allocated an agent... Overall there is an extreme product failure... I pay R799 for 30 days network coverage however i only enjoy the service for half the time as the other half I'll be offline.
