PROCESS IS USELESS

Do you know it only takes RAIN 5G 24 hours from the moment payment is made till delivery let that sink 24hrs but Webafrica is actually 14 days, imagine waitting 14 days to install fibre, im currently using RAIN 5G and i want fibre through Webafrica but i'm not willing to wait 14 days to install fibre they can take their business somewhere else not interested because if i take webafrica fibre it means i must cancel RAIN 5G whilst waiting 14 days i will not have access to DSTV Now nor Netflix, Disney+ and apple TV do you understand what people are facing or you just making this process more difficult, if i pay on friday can they install on monday then i'll cancel RAIN 5G but me personally not willing to wait 14 days where you competitors only takes 24hrs learn from you competitors and always try to be the best, there's over 100 houses in block VV soshanguve dont have Webafrica fibre because of you useless process, some ended up up taking RAIN 5G because RAIN understand we living in a time of instant, everything is instant like instant noodles and social media. please look at this process aint working for ya'll hence there's so many houses without fibre and we actually want it but to wait 14 days its a joke at this day and age
