Probably the worst customer service.

It saddens me to write a review like this. Webafrica's client service has declined to the extent that I no longer wish to be a client of theirs. I have had to many problems with them over the last 2 months. And now that I wish to cancel my service with them I am not able to get in touch with an Agent to action this cancellation. Since they went over to customer service via WhatsApp only their customer care has gone to *******.
