Price match not actioned

I am so so frustrated with the service... You talk to a robot, it transfers you to an agent, you have to keep checking your phone, and when the agent eventually comes on after half an hour or so later, you are busy with other stuff, then the chat is ended... Also speaking to the agent, I had no joy.... I had a price match and was told that it would be actioned in January 2022 and to date, I am being charged the higher rate..... Now my service is suspended... No one bothered to call...I wasted 50 minutes holding on to speak to an agent at the call centre., I eventually had to disconnect.... I've requested cancelation, no one has called nor was I given an email address to send through the cancelation.... I am so disappointed... I want my cancelation to be fast tracked so I can move to a new service provider... Webafrica needs to jack up there customer service, it's pathetic , there's no follow up.... You will lose more clients
