Pretend Support

Don't expect your support queries to be resolved here, someone from support will listen to your problem, maybe even give you a solution, but if they tell you they will fix something for you, they're essentially just saying goodbye and have no intention to ever think about you again after hanging up the phone, or should I say WhatsApp chat, cause that's as good as it gets. You should also get used to manually downloading your invoice from their portal each month because getting it emailed to you monthly seems beyond this lack luster company. Looking for an alternative now, even if I pay more each month.
